• How do I use the hotkey functions?

Please download and read the 'Hotkeys instructions' from this page. This will explain you how to set up or change the hotkey functions.

• My computer crashes when using the mouse.

This is most likely caused by an internal conflict. Please make sure you remove drivers from your previous mouse and installed the drivers from this mouse.

If the problem remains, please do the following;

  • Clean up your pc. Use some clean up software to clean up the registery. (For example, use the free downloadable 'Advanced System Care' software)
  • Deinstall any old mouse drivers.
  • Restart the pc and install the drivers from this mouse (again)
  • Feel free to try out the mouse on another PC to check if the mouse is working correctly. If not, it could be that the mouse is faulthy.
